Reservation terms.

Your $5 reservation

You pay $5 USD to reserve the opportunity to buy one Dozemere earbud set at the $179 USD launch price during the first 48 hours of launch. Shipping and any applicable product taxes will be shown before you place that separate order. The $5 reservation payment is fully refundable. It is not an order for earbuds and does not set a shipping date.

Refunds and cancellation

We issue your $5 refund when the launch opens or within 60 days of your reservation, whichever comes first. You can cancel earlier through the secure link in your confirmation email or by contacting hello@dozemere.com. Cancellation ends your reserved-price entitlement. An automatic refund leaves that entitlement in place. We also refund you if the project is cancelled.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to display them. If the refund fails, we will work with you to resolve it. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges; the refund amount from us is $5 USD.

Buying at launch

We will email reservation holders when the launch opens and explain how to claim the $179 price. You choose whether to place an order. We never automatically charge the remaining price. A reservation payment is refunded separately and does not become a Kickstarter pledge or credit. Product specifications, delivery timing, shipping and purchase terms will be presented before that separate commitment.

Your rights

Our full-refund cancellation policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Norwegian law applies, without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Contact us first about any issue. You may seek assistance from the Norwegian Consumer Authority where applicable.
