Signups and reservations

We store your email, signup preference, campaign tags, the offer shown, consent and signup date to manage launch updates. You can unsubscribe from every launch email. Reservation records include your payment reference, amount, status, refund deadline and the terms you accepted. We process reservation information to fulfil the reservation agreement and maintain required business records. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store card numbers.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record page visits, referring website, campaign tags, device category, country, sections viewed, sound interactions, offer clicks, form outcomes and checkout steps. Random visitor and session IDs connect these actions. If you sign up or reserve with analytics enabled, we can connect the visit to that signup or reservation. We do not record form contents, passwords, card details or session video.

Analytics is off until you accept it. Your privacy choice is saved for 180 days. Consented visitor IDs are stored in your browser and session IDs expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Detailed website analytics are deleted after 90 days. Campaign results cover consenting visitors; signup and payment records are also counted separately.

Ad measurement

If you separately allow ad measurement, Meta receives visits and signup events on our home, product and reservation-signup pages through its Pixel to measure ads. We do not load the Pixel on journal articles, the sleep diary, private reservation pages or the analytics dashboard. Meta may use cookies and process data outside the EEA under its applicable transfer safeguards. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect signup or reservations.

Providers and retention

Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores records, Resend delivers emails and Stripe processes payments. Providers may process information outside the EEA under applicable contractual safeguards. We retain signup details while you subscribe and remove them within 30 days of a deletion request, except information needed to honour your unsubscribe choice. Reservation and accounting records are retained as required by applicable law. Security controls temporarily use a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting; it is not used to identify analytics visitors.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact hello@dozemere.com. You may complain to Datatilsynet. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics; it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
